- Outcomes, not hours

We price forward, meaning based on the results that matter to your business, not backward on time spent. This aligns incentives, rewards efficiency (including AI-assisted speed), and gives you price certainty before work begins.

Why we don't bill by the hour

  • Hourly billing punishes efficiency and misaligns incentives. Value pricing ties our fee to outcomes, not effort.
  • Timesheets shift focus to activity. Focusing on the process is good for self-improvement, focus on outcomes is good for business.
  • Fixed prices reduce budget anxiety and disputes as you know the number before we start.
  • You choose from proposal options, not a single take-it-or-leave-it estimate.

How our pricing works

  1. 1.Define success together — We agree on the few metrics that actually matter (revenue, activation, cost avoided, risk reduced, velocity gained).
  2. 2.Co-create a value model — A pragmatic estimate of impact and constraints informs scope and trade-offs.
  3. 3.Present options — Typically three clearly differentiated choices (scope, service level, risk-sharing). You select what fits best.
  4. 4.Agree acceptance criteria — Objective tests for "done & successful" anchor delivery and review.
  5. 5.Governance & change — Short feedback loops; material changes are re-priced before work continues. No surprise overruns.

FAQ

  • Can you work with procurement if they ask for timesheets? Preferably, we don't bill by the hour. If your process requires activity evidence, we provide milestone and artefact logs and status reports. On the other hand, if we find timesheets mutually beneficial, we can work that way.
  • What if scope changes? Minor tweaks are absorbed within the cadence. Material changes trigger a quick mini-alignment and a revised proposal before work continues. We always ask "why?" and together try to see if the changes are aligned with the value goals established in the proposal.
  • We don't have a value model yet, where do we start? Start with a short call with us. We can help you define your goals and put you on the right path. If we need a longer planning session to get a value model, we could start with a Launch Blueprint.
  • How does AI affect pricing? You're buying an outcome. AI improves speed and quality; because we price outcomes, you benefit from that efficiency. We document AI use and keep every artefact.
  • What happens after handover? You receive source code, docs, CI/CD, and ownership of infrastructure access. We offer continuity options on the Offers page, or you can run independently.
  • How do I get a quote? Write to us via the contact form. We'll schedule a short scoping call and return a value-anchored proposal within a few business days.
